Who is responsible. Timo Kresek, Wilhelmshäuser Str. 61, 34346 Hann. Münden, Germany, timo@dialupsales.com. For anything about your data, write to that address.

What I collect. If you sign up, I store your email address, the time of signup and the page you signed up on. If you book a call, Cal.com collects the name, email address and message you enter there. When you open this page, my hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs, which is needed to deliver the page. I use no tracking and no advertising cookies.

Why, and on what basis. I use your email address to send you this free newsletter and to reply to you personally. The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box at signup. Bookings are processed to carry out the call you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs are processed for the safe and stable delivery of the page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives it. Hostinger (web hosting and my dialupsales.com mailbox), Google (the signup list is kept in Google Sheets and the confirmation email is sent through Gmail), Cal.com (call booking) and, for the call itself, Microsoft Teams. These providers act on my behalf and may process data outside the EU, for example in the USA, under the safeguards required by GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. I do not sell or share your data otherwise.

How long. Until you withdraw your consent or ask me to delete your data. Booking data is kept as long as needed for the call and any follow-up.

Your rights. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by replying “stop” to any email. You can also complain to the data protection authority responsible for your place of residence or for my place of business.
